Jenny's Pond

At the bottom of Watery Lane is 'Jenny's Pond' a delightful community green space maintained by volunteers.  It has a shallow pond area that is fed by a natural spring (the golden spring) which comes alive with frogs in the spring!

Brackley Wildlife Trust Group assists with leading volunteer working parties and advising on how to manage the area with wildlife in mind.

The pond is continually managed to help the aquatic wildlife, the entrance to the pond has been moved to allow for a protected area for wildlife behind the pond and a new picnic bench installed for local residents to sit and appreciate the surrounding environment.
