Monday 25th November 7.30pm - Talk: 'Habitat Management for Invertebrates' by Brian Eversham,  Chief Executive of BCN Wildlife Trust.

Come along to hear all about insects by Brian Eversham who is an absolute world of information!  You will be amazed!

Insects are in decline.  Find out how insects and other invertebrates differ from other wildlife in their perception of habitats, and how small features in habitats and your garden can make a big difference to invertebrates.

  • Monday 23rd March 2020 7.30pm - Talk: 'Brackley Bats' by Martin Hirons, Bat Preservation Society.  Bats play a vital role in our environment and are suffering a severe decline in numbers.  Martin will show why these tiny mammals are so important and what is being done to protect them.
  • Monday 27th April 2020 7.30pm - AGM followed by 'A Year at Farthinghoe Nature Reserve' Talk by Tim Pridmore, volunteer warden. 
  • Sunday 24th May 2020 2.15pm for 2.30pm- Farthinghoe Nature Reserve Guided Walk
  • Sunday 5th July 2020 2.15pm for 2.30pm - Farthinghoe Nature Reserve Guided Walk
  • Saturday 29th August 2020, 7.15pm for 7.30pm - Bat Walk at Farthinghoe Nature Reserve

Please note:  All talks (unless noted) are held at Brackley Methodist Church (on the corner of Hill Street and High Street).  Admission is a suggested donation of £3.00 per adult or £1.00 for U 16s.
